Imagine working only 10 hours a week and still allowing yourself to look like that physically.

If you learn how to spot organizational dysfunction, you can line up these contracts and use your free time for professional development. If the client is getting their needs met and giving high marks, who is being cheated here?

So they should pay someone that same rate who takes 40 hrs to do the same work?

This guy goes “I’ll never let them know” Then puts his FACE on social media saying I don’t work the full 40 a week. What?

Good for him. Pay should be based on result, not hours spent sitting at a desk.

So the guy is suggesting to PUNISH a extremely efficient worker? Also, the developer is right: 100kusd is NOTHING compared to the value of the contract he is helping to get to finish.

First time I ever disagreed with Caleb, completely with this guy, these companies have no loyalty, why do more work for less pay?

If he's getting all his work done and his employer is happy with what he's giving them. There is no issue IMO. When I've been in charge of other people, I wouldn't care if people were playing games, watching netflix/youtube. As long as their shit got done. If they were done, I could care less what you do. You don't need to make EVERY SECOND OF EVERY WORK DAY 100% work. That's fucking exhausting and it's also just the employer taking advantage of a person.
