This was the tactic used against Nic Nat every week. How hard is it for the AFL to have a rule where you can’t run past the centre line to block the other ruckmans run at the ball. SO SIMPLE. The art form is completely lost.

Why did the afl change this rule? All it does is make it hard for umpires when they both hold and takes away younger athletic ruckman from the game.
