Plays not over until the…
That block was straight disrespect 😂
Hate to say it because I hate adding rules to the game, but this kind of play needs to have a rule change. If a defender would have come in and hit him while he was on top of the other defender, it would more than likely have drawn a flag. That’s why the defense stops.🤷🏼♂️
#1 is teammate of the year
👀
Arm down. Forward progress stopped. And I’m pretty damn sure there was a whistle. Any follow up hit would have drawn a PF 100%. Garbage call.
was the whistle blown?? lol how do you not blow the whistle?
THATS WHAT SHE SAID
We all know it would’ve been called a late hit had a Griz player jumped on. That should be the test.
That's going to be replayed by every coach ...everywhere ,,,for all time
Wasn't his forward progress stopped? Was there a whistle?
Elite football IQ from number 1
This is why we use to smoke dudes. Now you get a penalty because they’re defenseless but they can do this crap
Only runners that immediately keep going should be able to take advantage of not touching the ground in this situation. He completely stopped after going backwards gave himself up & didn't even know he was still up. Forward progress stopped should've been the ruling
Always play until the whistle.
Madden glitch
The play was dead at the whistle 😗
Worst reffing crew I’ve ever witnessed. So, SO many missed/bad/incorrect calls. Thankfully it was a blow out so they didn’t impact the game, but had this been a nail biter their incompetence could have definitely influenced the outcome.
This level of resilience is next-level
Forward progress not a thing anymore??
Forward progress was stopped
He clearly went down
and a pancake block!
Yeah he did
Love that energy! 😍 He stayed upright!
Looked like his left elbow contacted the turf from that angle.
His forearm looked like it touched.
Kept going 🏈
Is toughness valued more than technique in moments like this?
His forward progress was stopped. He should’ve been ruled down. Now imagine if another player would’ve went down and hit him? Personal foul Unsportsmanlike conduct hitting a defenseless player 15 yards penalty automatic first down.
His forearm and elbow hit the ground. He was down.
Hand touched the ground
