I dislike when they want to use technicalities to rob someone

That is the show better call saul where they made this woman the star for no reason only to see her arc be meaningless at the end.

It was so annoying

A smart man turned $12K into $15M by buying FARTCOIN at $83K market cap. He aped into $ai16z with $3K and is currently sitting on $1.7M realized and $16.6M in unrealized profits. Subscribe now and join 130K+ investors prepping for the next big cycle.

Soulless money grabbers, that’s exactly what they are, they are always in suit😒

Man stood his ground and did not give in

Fair market value plus 5k, question is what is FMV valued at..? It could be valued much more than 18k especially with new development planned, almost always going for inflation instead of deflation etc.

She states that he can be bought out for "fair market price plus $5000." Why are they only talking about the $5000?

Spoiler: Acker hires Jimmy (Saul) to represent him, and first delays demolition by pointing out the address the crew had was wrong, then again when he claims the land is a Native American preserve. In the end, he wins the case by blackmailing the CEO in charge of the bank.

Better Call Saul TV Series 2015–2022 Barry Corbin played Everett Acker for 3 episodes. Everett Acker is a homeowner in a land dispute with Mesa Verde. He becomes a client of Saul Goodman.

Why would you want to sell it?
