That’s basically boot camp lmao. Shut up and just do what they say, don’t take the yelling personal, and survive meal to meal. ~8 weeks with nothing but your fellow inmates and maybe 10 combined min of music gets your mind so clear. I remembered everything in the book they gave us after reading it once lol
