I mean, it is a moral matter. The situation is that a person is seeking refuge with you, and you have no information. If he was truly innocent and you didn’t protect him, you supported the oppression of an innocent. If he was guilty and you protected him due to lack of information, you didn’t oppress anyone; you gave that guilty person more time to run. I believe that refusing safety to an innocent seeking refuge from oppression will cause far more guilt and harm than sheltering a guilty person.

There was literally a video last weeks with this same setup, except there was a box truck parked in the entrance of the warehouse and he hid in the truck but somehow snuck out when they entered and shit the doors on him.. Dude jumped a gate too.. This seems suspect.
