That’s Officer Norman. Not sure if he’s on X but he’s on Instagram. Fantastic role model.

More cops should be involved in there local communities, almost like it's there job or something. The odds of one of those kids getting into gang culture or drugs drastically lowers with positive adult male influence.

Odds are at least one or two of the kids in the neighborhood grow up to be cops. He’s showing them the person behind the uniform is what matters most. Much respect.

The world would be better if more people are like him and don’t kneel on the neck of others.

"I wanted to share something I witnessed last night from one of your school resource officers, Dep. Terry Gregg. He is actually the officer at my daughter's school, Boones Creek, and she as well as all of the other kids absolutely adore him. But, last night, we went to the homecoming at Ridgeview. He was there. During the ceremony, there were two little kids that were special needs in the ceremony. The little girl walked out to the middle of the court and got really scared and nervous so she ran over to her family that was sitting off to the side. Dep. Gregg, stopped what he was doing and went over to try to make her smile. Next thing, you see was him walking her to the front with her "prince". She stood there and just hugged on to Terry. And, he just kneeled there, patting her back. Making her feel safe and making sure she didn't miss her special night. I just thought maybe you would like to see some of the good that your guys are doing out there". Credit: Washington County TN Sheriff's Office.
