@raphousetv2 They bet not never make it happen

Five minutes later he robbed the store

Not all founders are meant to be CEOs, and that's okay. Take Pieter Levels. Despite shipping multiple successful products, he never raised funding. Why? Because the pressure to scale never appealed to him. And while many of his friends took the VC route, many now wish they’d followed his path. It's a common story I've seen play out: Founders love the creativity and building phase But they don't enjoy the CEO role that comes with scaling Yet, they feel trapped in a cycle of growth expectations @Lex Fridman nailed it in his interview with Levels. There's a sacrifice that comes with scaling. It's often necessary for massive impact. BUT you need to be brutally honest with yourself: 𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆? Success doesn't always mean unicorns and IPOs. Sometimes, it's simply: > Building something you love > Making a profit > Maintaining your creative freedom Neither path is inherently better. VC funding and hypergrowth work for some. Staying small and nimble works for others. What matters most is choosing the path that aligns with YOUR goals and values. P.S. I've worked with many founders just like him. Some choose M&A exits, allowing them to cash out and start the creative process all over again. If that sounds like you, let’s talk! For the love of the game 🏴☠️ ⚡ #startups #entrepreneurship #founders #success
