Even though it's probably fake, almost every box truck has a small hatch connecting that cab with the box so you can check loads, etc. He just opened that hatch, climbed through, and slipped out the door.

There's probably a small sliding door onto the cab of the truck. Kid left through the driver's side door and rolled under the vehicle. I used to drive one many years ago that had that. Or it it's AI. That voice sounds AI to me. Man it's getting hard to tell sometimes.
