He come from a much slower and less physical league where he played more than 45 games in a season ONCE, with a winter break. Hes already at 54. No winter break. And come from a club that never challenged for a title, so far more mentally draining too. He'll be great. Calm.

I think Arteta is Misusing him, this guy shoukd be playing 8 with Lewis-Skelly while Rice plays at the 6. One thing I have noticed about him is that,he’s very dangerous in front of goal and he’s a lot of technique too.
