He was coding Chapter number 41, Ayat number 64, while there are only 54 Ayats in Surah Fuṣṣilat of the Holy Quran.

He doesn't know numbers in Urdu very well. Even I get Urdu numbers wrong. So it was just his ignorance of Urdu language, not the Quran.

Could have been just a mistake or he's not that good on Urdu numbers. No need to make a mountain out of everything.
