Definitely suicide by cop. No doubts in my mind. The cop with the body cam actually did well, the other cop should have handled this a little differently IMO. Likely would have turned out the same either way though.

Justified shoot but given that the guy had a knife and not a gun, the last 12 rounds were excessive. He was already on the ground and no indication he was attempting to throw the knife. Not sure why the cops kept shooting after he hit the ground.

I'm not a fan of how some PDs operate, but police officers deserve way more money than they're paid to deal w/ the dregs of society on a daily basis. That has to be taxing on the mind and family. We pay them lower-middle class wages (unless you "gamble higher" and patrol in Chicago or Detroit)... meanwhile we have a system that allows bureaucrats to be paid 3x as much for staring at Excel all day and fucking up already established systems like education and transportation.
