This whole debacle has motivated me to learn Korean just so next time no one mistranslates, spreads misinformation and gets away with it.

Even when you test if someone is too drunk to drive a car you ask them to walk in a straight line. The fact that he was driving on a stretch with physical obstacles around and maneuvered past them all in a steady line at a reasonable speed says enough.
