Fighter Pavlo Unguryan Died Without Living to See His Son’s First Birthday. Pavlo was a lieutenant in the 94th Battalion of the 107th Territorial Defense Brigade who died on January 9, 2025, during a combat mission in Kharkiv Oblast. Donovan Johnson was bright light in this world. As soon as he flashed his trademark smile, he left you no choice but to do the same. He was full of joy, jokes, love and loyalty. He was grateful for the opportunities in his life and proud when he made the most of them. He was a role model to my boys and he loved them whole heartedly. He was part of our family. He battled Leukemia with a brave and gracious heart and fought so hard to be here for his family, especially his son. I loved Donovan and I have peace knowing he knew that. I’m grateful for my purpose in this profession, to impact young people and make sure they know how deeply they are loved and believed in. Rest in peace, DonJohn. I will love you forever.

He became the first person in the United Kingdom to receive a personalized mRNA vaccine for bowel cancer. Elliot Pfebve came from a family deeply rooted in the struggle for democracy and human rights in Zimbabwe. His family paid a heavy price for believing in a free society and a democratic Zimbabwe. His brother was killed by ZANUPF thugs because of their political beliefs and their fight for freedom and justice. His passing is a sad moment for all those who believe in a progressive society built on democratic values, human rights, and dignity for all people.
