Ahjany just wrapped up two seasons at HCU after beginning his career at the University of St. Thomas (MN) in the Summit League, where he played for one of the best mid-major coaches in the country in Johnny Tauer. Crushed it in the summer and early fall of 2024 and had earned our starting big man spot prior to the injury. Came back in 2025-26 and by the middle part of this season was comfortable, confident, and explosive (see included highlights). • Elite per-minute producer: At St. Thomas as an underclassmen he played 822 minutes across two seasons. For those who don't know, the reason I haven't been on this platform as much as I would like to be, is that I learned last summer my DoD contractor job might have to reduce their staffing and I knew I was going to need to find another way to support myself to be able to pay my mortgage and my monthly bills. I prayed God would guide me to wherever He knew I would thrive. Never in a million years did I think it would be in a direct sales company, because I had previously failed in that channel. When my friend and fellow truther/researcher, Debbie Boyd, told me she was going to partner with a health and wellness company that specializes in naturopathic doctor-develped, science-backed, products, I thought, "Seriously, God?? That's where you want me to go??" But deep down I knew if Debbie was going to start all over with a team of ONE last July, after having achieved the top levels of success in our last partnership (while I watched from the sidelines), she was leaving behind a company that tried to cancel her, tried to get her to delete her truthful posts about the clot shots and other topics, and they even went WOKE with DEI policies, it only made sense to me that God was telling me "This time will be different."...and it IS!! This is a Godly, family-owned business that started just 4 years ago, has zero debt, is the 2nd highest ranked in momentum/growth, has a AAA rating and surpassed $50M in their 4th year. My health, energy levels, mood, focus, weight, sleep, AND my finances* have improved immensely. I'm in a size 4 for the first time since 2002, when I was pregnant with my son and I have NEVER felt better! I'm sitting in the airport right awaiting my flight home after spending the last 3 days at my first Bravenly Conference reflecting on how much has changed for me since I listened to what I know in my heart God led me to on 21 July 2024. Let me tell you, I have NEVER experienced an event like this, and I've been to several conferences and conventions, both corporate and political in nature (including CPAC!). The inspirational and motivational stories, the awesome tips for growing our businesses from all the speakers, including my amazing team leader, Debbie Boyd (who was recognized multiple times), and our upline leaders, the heartwarming stories of overcoming adversity and trusting God to lead the way, the camaraderie with my fellow Brand Partners, seeing how Bravenly went out of their way to make sure we know they SEE us where we are, (this year's theme is "Come as you are"), all the recognition during Saturday night's Red Carpet Awards night, and most importantly, yesterday morning's Sunday service, led by Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and pastor, Chandon Bangar and Adrienne Whatley (who happens to be this year's #1 income earner for 2024)! Several people even made the decision to trust Jesus as their Lord & Savior at the end of the service! Praise the Lord! 🙌 What a powerful, meaningful, impactful event this has been! I feel sooo blessed to be a part of this Godly, faith-based company! There was such a wide range of emotions over the past 3 days at Bravenly Conference 2025...from feeling beyond blessed and inspired, moved to tears, filled with joy, gratitude, hope, belief, determination, and so much more. Several people even made the decision to trust Jesus as their Lord & Savior at the end of the service! Praise the Lord! 🙌 What a powerful, meaningful, impactful event this has been! I feel sooo blessed to be a part of this Godly, faith-based company! There was such a wide range of emotions over the past 3 days at Bravenly Conference 2025...from feeling beyond blessed and inspired, moved to tears, filled with joy, gratitude, hope, belief, determination, and so much more. I have not committed a crime or violated any law, yet the sanctions were still imposed.” Why were these sanctions issued? The unelected Council of the EU accused Baud of "implementing or supporting actions or policies attributable to the Government of the Russian Federation which undermine or threaten stability or security in a third country (Ukraine) by engaging in the use of information manipulation and interference." “I have not been allowed to travel within the EU since mid-December 2025," said Baud. No criminal offense was alleged, and no judicial process was initiated. He was simply punished by decree. Since mid-December, he has been unable to go shopping and has survived only on food given to him by friends—an act that likely puts those friends in criminal jeopardy. Booking SMDC Festival Grounds for their Trilogy Concert Finale can only mean one thing: They want to do what has never been done by a P-pop group before. It's as if they know that their being good as artists is, unfortunately, not enough to really go global nowadays; that when it comes to talent, there are many, many talented individuals from all over and that they just have to be the standout. It's as if they've come to the realization that the world's largest indoor arena bursting at the seams on two consecutive days in 2025 is not enough to get the world to pay attention. It's as if they don't want to leave any stone unturned. With no disrespect for their fellow musicians, they know they simply need to disallow critics the thought that the outdoor music festivals in their portfolio (Aurora, ACON 2025, etc.) only had record-breaking attendance because other artists were also there. They also know that the producers of the world's largest music festivals, ➡️most of which are held outdoors (Lollapalooza, Coachella, Glastonbury, Summer Sonic, etc.)⬅️, invite talented artists based on their ability to bring in the numbers. If they can pull this off, if they can show the world that they can hold their own in their grandest challenge to date, then maybe, no, POSSIBLY, the world will run out of reasons to look away. SB19 Official #SB19 __________ P.S. My guess is SB19 will pattern their concert based on Ed Sheeran's Mathematics Tour stop in Manila in March 2024. On June 26th, I received a community guidelines strike on a livestream for someone in the background of the video, saying to "suck a dick" at 02:08:02. It was removed for harassment and unwanted sexual activity. I appealed & it was denied within 5 minutes. No Human, just TeamYouTube automated AI system. According to YouTube's own rules and their requirement that you take a community guidelines class after the strike, this should NOT constitute a removal, given the context. The context is: A wife told their husband to suck their ex's dick in a joking manner. I removed the part in question and reuploaded the entire 3-hr-long livestream censored. Then, on July 3rd, YouTube AI automation took down the same censored video for me, saying "suck the titty" at 2:42:30 regarding TransFirebat fighting with their wife on camera about breastfeeding... Prior to this, TransFirebat has shown themselves on camera randomly flagging these videos and telling others to report me to get my channel terminated. It seems it has worked just like TheQuartering did a few months ago. Both of these strikes are wrong, and I can't get in contact with anyone about them for a manual human review. That's all I want. Hell, if you have a contact at YouTube, I'll compensate you for it... Transfirebat is on camera calling me the f-slur multiple times, and graphically describing committing SA against an ex, yet that content is still on YouTube. I just want to understand how that is allowed, but the two instances here are not. I love freedom of speech, but this is AI making incorrect content decisions, either through false reports or because its system doesn't understand the context of what's being said. The word "suck" seems to trigger the AI system. Nobody should have to endure false community guidelines strikes from YouTube's AI system with no recourse. 15 years, 1700+ videos, one more strike, I'm gone from YouTube. I've accepted that this could happen tomorrow, next week, or after this post goes out. I am at the end of my rope with absolutely no options other than asking the internet to raise awareness of this. I stream once a week, and thankfully, this is not my job anymore. If my channel is terminated, this is the reason why. AI has replaced human decision-making, and it will only continue to get worse for online creators of all sizes if this isn't fixed. This can affect you too. Any shares would be highly appreciated. I want Knicks fans to watch the Sam Presti clip about Mark Daigneault before reacting to this Mike Brown/Leon Rose rotation-sheet story. Mark Daigneault was a g league coach before becoming an NBA coach. As a G League coach, Mark was given development priorities, lineup goals, and organizational objectives. The job isn’t “win tonight at all costs.” It’s to understand the roster, build chemistry, and develop players the organization needs to evaluate. Presti praises Daigneault specifically for being willing to try different rotations so everyplayer is prepared and there’s no drop-off when injuries hit. That’s the model. This matters because Knicks fans have been conditioned by the Thibodeau era, an era where the coach functionally operated with autonomy even without a front office title. The first moves of the Thibs/Rose tenure were Derrick Rose and Taj Gibson. Veterans who knew his system were prioritized over developing Quickley, Grimes, Obi, Sims and others, almost all of whom are still in the league and on second contracts, while the vets he leaned on are out of basketball. Even in losing seasons, he favored Kemba, Burks, Rose, Taj, and Fournier. This dude got his freaking work permit and social security card, came here illegally, got documented, got on the buses from Texas to Chicago, got in process here in Chicago, found an apartment building within the first week in Efficiency apartment, moved into the apartment building and has been working cash jobs under the table for the last four months until recently got his workers permit. Now he's working for a roofing company but they're laid off right now. They're laid off right now and he's looking for work. And I said, I don't necessarily need anybody right now, buddy. I'm sorry, I'll have to pass. This shocks me, the fact that this guy can't even speak English. Almost not a lick of English. Very broken, can barely understand, gotta have a translator around. Luckily I speak enough Spanish to know what he's saying and I'm like this is absolutely crazy. In 2024, I barely survived the climb, almost passing out at the top. In 2025, though, I had a not-so-secret secret: Megan is the best coach in the world. She started pacing me at mile 77, and I went silent. I knew the Pain Cave was coming. It’s dark. It’s scary. It’s where I failed so emphatically at Western States. Megan’s voice filled the silence. “I’m so proud of you.” “I love you.” “We’re making history.” “I”m just talking, don’t respond.” I went stealth mode before the race, only telling a few loved ones that I was doing it. My goal was to absolutely obliterate myself, and to share love while doing it. Or, as Megan told me before the start line: “time to redecorate the Pain Cave.” So what does the Pain Cave feel like? Two weeks into the McCairn-Edogawa Protocol and I want to give an honest, measured update for everyone following along. I deliberately waited until after my 2nd Plasma Adsorption (PA) session to speak about symptoms. I wanted to give my body a fair opportunity to respond before making any statements I could not stand behind. The cognitive fog that has been a constant presence for 5 years has lifted. The heavy poisoned feeling I've woken up with every day is gone. The daily headaches and constant head/eye pressure has significantly decreased. My body is less fatigued and muscles/joints less painful when I wake up in the morning...not 3pm! I feel amazing, clear headed and I'm smiling and laughing again 🤗 The burning has decreased but not resolved. I have lived with three distinct layers of sensations simultaneously. 1. An invisible deep icy hot sunburn covering my entire body. 2. Constant pins and needles. 3. And what I can only describe as rolling in cactus or bee stings firing across my skin. I've always decribed it as Biofreeze running through my veins, 24/7. I have managed to avoid all benzos, opiates, and gabapentinoids, which has been the biggest struggle mentally and physically. I proudly have 13 years of recovery behind me from severe opiate addiction and nothing will take me back to that life again 💯 I'm super proud of myself for maintaining my sobriety throughout the entirety of the hell I've been living in since 2021. My nerve pain has calmed to a mild but constant burning. It is still there and I will not pretend otherwise. The intensity of all three layers has reduced significantly and that is not a small thing. Peripheral nerve damage takes the longest to heal. Please do not come here expecting to be completely recovered in the first week. That is not how this works. What this protocol does is remove the pathological burden that has been blocking your body from healing. My plan is to complete 4 PA filtrations before returning home. I also found out from my CT scan yesterday that the cause of the severe abdominal pain is my gallbladder. I am pursuing having it removed while here as the cost is a fraction of what it would be in the US without insurance. There is no other place in the world offering this level of opportunity for recovery. We cannot keep living with these clots inside us! When I saw my own clots pulled out during my 2nd PA, something shifted in me. I am exactly where I am supposed to be. We all present differently in our symptoms but we share one thing in common. We all have clots. And that is not normal! Dr. Kato is an exceptional physician. He is kind, compassionate, skilled, and genuinely funny. He will help you with anything you need while you are here. When he removed my catheter yesterday I completely broke down. I thanked him for what he is doing and tried to explain what patients in the good ol' US of A are up against. The dismissal. The years lost. The lack of options. The whole room was in tears. He needs to know the magnitude of what he is offering us and how urgently this protocol needs to become accessible in the US and around the world! Two weeks into the McCairn-Edogawa Protocol and I want to give an honest, measured update for everyone following along. I deliberately waited until after my 2nd Plasma Adsorption (PA) session to speak about symptoms. I wanted to give my body a fair opportunity to respond before making any statements I could not stand behind. The cognitive fog that has been a constant presence for 5 years has lifted. The heavy poisoned feeling I've woken up with every day is gone. The daily headaches and constant head/eye pressure has significantly decreased. My body is less fatigued and muscles/joints less painful when I wake up in the morning...not 3pm! I feel amazing, clear headed and I'm smiling and laughing again 🤗 The burning has decreased but not resolved. I have lived with three distinct layers of sensations simultaneously. 1. An invisible deep icy hot sunburn covering my entire body. 2. Constant pins and needles. 3. And what I can only describe as rolling in cactus or bee stings firing across my skin. I've always decribed it as Biofreeze running through my veins, 24/7. I have managed to avoid all benzos, opiates, and gabapentinoids, which has been the biggest struggle mentally and physically. I proudly have 13 years of recovery behind me from severe opiate addiction and nothing will take me back to that life again 💯 I'm super proud of myself for maintaining my sobriety throughout the entirety of the hell I've been living in since 2021. My nerve pain has calmed to a mild but constant burning. It is still there and I will not pretend otherwise. The intensity of all three layers has reduced significantly and that is not a small thing. Peripheral nerve damage takes the longest to heal. Please do not come here expecting to be completely recovered in the first week. That is not how this works. What this protocol does is remove the pathological burden that has been blocking your body from healing. My plan is to complete 4 PA filtrations before returning home. I also found out from my CT scan yesterday that the cause of the severe abdominal pain is my gallbladder. I am pursuing having it removed while here as the cost is a fraction of what it would be in the US without insurance. There is no other place in the world offering this level of opportunity for recovery. We cannot keep living with these clots inside us! When I saw my own clots pulled out during my 2nd PA, something shifted in me. I am exactly where I am supposed to be. We all present differently in our symptoms but we share one thing in common. We all have clots. And that is not normal! Dr. Kato is an exceptional physician. He is kind, compassionate, skilled, and genuinely funny. He will help you with anything you need while you are here. When he removed my catheter yesterday I completely broke down. I thanked him for what he is doing and tried to explain what patients in the good ol' US of A are up against. The dismissal. The years lost. The lack of options. The whole room was in tears. He needs to know the magnitude of what he is offering us and how urgently this protocol needs to become accessible in the US and around the world! To my fellow Africans please don't bother to migrate and reside in South Africa unless you are part of a multinational or you are residing there in upmarket neighborhood as a second or even third home. I would like to enlighten some of these young Sat Africans. Kenya we are home to very many refugees be it Congo DRC, Somalia , South Sudan, Ethiopia if anything at one time we were surrounded by unstable countries except Tanzania. Never have we ever attacked anyone based on their nationality. These young black South Africans suffer from a serious scarcity mentality. I want to tell them , the Ethiopian or Nigerian will be gone but I want to assure them that they will still be hungry and even worse angry. Just because they are gone does not mean that their life will change for the better or own the business they run. Uganda under dictator Idi Amin expelled all Asians and we know what happened. Well they all moved on to UK, Canada and some crossed to Kenya where they all started afresh. I only came to know recently that one of my favorite authors Robin Sharma is originally from Uganda when his parents were forced to leave Uganda. What a gem Uganda lost but again everything happens for a reason. Rest of the world welcome refugees and give them a second chance in life. Many Somalis and Ethiopians including many South Sudanese who have made it in USA, UK, Canada , EU , Australia et al at one time called Kenya home and even now they still come back to visit holding passports of their adopted countries. My fellow Kenyans one thing for certain we are NOT selfish and we are always welcoming and that is one virtue that separates us from the rest of Africa. Please hold your head high as a proud Kenyan. I also challenge leadership of all these countries, please fix your nation so that your young men and women can see hope and vision. Give them a reason to stay at home and spare them such humiliation like in SA. Many have paid the ultimate price and the man in this video has made it clear you must leave by January 2024. Please don't wait to be a statistic. In business news we are always told about the double digit of economic growth of these very countries with highest number of young men and women who all want to exit , as Africans we must hang our head in shame when young men and women risk it all to cross the Sahara desert and Libya including the Mediterranean seas searching for a better life in Europe. I am challenging Ethiopia who suffer the highest brunt in South Africa. Why are young men and women from Ethiopia insisting to travel to South Africa? We see them everyday trying to cross Moyale border and they claim they are headed to South Africa. Of what use is your double digit growth if you cannot retain your young people who end up getting humiliated like what you see in this video? Let me call out our northern neighbour , Ethiopia you run the most successful airline in Africa, you run some of the most successful export processing zones , amazing leather industry, great athletes competing alongside Kenyans for honors in leading cities around the world .I ask why are your young men women risking it all in down south ? I recently watched a documentary how these young men and women are traveling all the way to Guatemala in South America then attempting to cross to USA. It saddens me a great as an African when I see such. For south Africa Nelson Mandela a man with a big heart must be turning in his grave. I weep for Sat Africa😭😭😭 The immigrants will one day go away but you need to work to improve your life. There is never free things in life . It is said you cannot talk about the weather if you remain in bed. As always I choose to remain an optimist
