Well I keep getting a error for character not found so I'm off to a great start

What platform are you seeing this problem, and what does it say exactly? We'll escalate it to our team.

It says error with a money sign and numbers that my character can't be found and throws me back to the main menu and goes back to the cut scene where you answer the questions

Is this on PC Steam?

It hasn't done it anymore it did 3 times when I tried to get on this morning it has since then worked fine I don't have a screenshot
