I don't know where they are, but that water is too rough for a pontoon boat. A pontoon is like a floating living room. You want nice calm waters.

Almost looks like hes trimmed right on the way in, but that boat is way under powered: 150+ otherwise can't get the nose up. You can run a tooner in those waves with the right power and captain.
