So it seems alcohol is more healthy than I thought..., 😁

Misleading .. glorifying Alcohol over Paracetamol

Sugar causes more water retention than salt due to its impact on insulin. Spikes in insulin promote retention of sodium in the kidney's (this is the reason salt got the blame) which in turn makes the body hold on to more water. Low carb dieters actually tend to need more salt

Propaganda. Energy drinks when consumed as directed are healthier than yalls Starbucks orders.

I never consume coffee, cigarettes and soda. I eat simple routine food. Still suffered from the kidney stone problem three times. Last time I was in pain 3-4 months ago.

@grok Are the answers correct?

All fake, alcohol it’s more dangerous than paracetamol, same with cigarettes, and about bones you need drink around 8 Coca-Cola or more each day during years to damage bones

See guys, Alcohol is safe... So, lets continue drinking, responsible though!!!

This is serious if it true

@Boity They never teach you this in main stream media

I got all of them correct.

I am giving up soda for Lent except on Sundays. It’s bad for me!🤣

Tea 🍵 is Super.

I got the first one wrong.

Well I'm bleddy glad coffee was none of the answers ! 😄

Is this true @grok

Why this product's not BAN 😇

Is the ‘fizzy drink (soda)’ one not because America tends to use high fructose corn syrup in the recipe? Genuinely curious.

Dose is what makes the poison my friends. Alcohol makes you sick pretty quickly so you naturally stop drinking. When you pass out at the latest. Overuse of sodas and/or energy drinks and sugar in general doesn't come with the same hard stop mechanism.

Sugar Paracitamol Soda Energy drinks Coco cola High salt Need to avoid

No.1 is incorrect
