This is the reality for millions of Iranians: people holding broken phones together with tape, cutting meat from their tables, and living in fear that their refrigerator or another essential appliance might break,because they know they can no longer afford to replace it. Every time they take one small step toward a normal life, inflation and economic instability push them backward. A regime that spends billions on missiles and its proxies has made it impossible for a young woman to plan for something as ordinary as a pair of shoes.
