When is it getting released for mobile?

The weekly quests changes are a bug or just a great idea to throw out the occasional players?

For all of you who are saying no mobile. All I got to ask is are you guys all new to this? Mobile always comes 2 hours after PC unless it gets delayed because of some bug and then in that case it's usually out within 4 hours of any big patch.
