Like I said before, if you want to do a "realistic" test, it shouldn't be me piloting Fiora because I wont be able to do what a competent Fiora can do. Here ya go, a chinese fiora gets in 200-300 more damage so if I start at 70% hp it wouldn't change anything if the Fiora player is competent enough. Yes there's no bone plating, but the dummy got more armor to compensate + it was overkill even with my completely trash mechanics. Steel Caps passive does not change anything this early on. It's like 50 dmg negation.

This industry never fails to surprise me, I have never commented on any scam that happens because I believed there’s still a huge group of people who wants to learn. A group of women surfing, partying would go viral. Any CT drama goes viral. People will reshare, retweet, comment to know what is happening behind the scenes. Yes, the curiosity is good, use it wisely. If you are in the space you should be aware of what’s happening but you got to value the good content too. Real effort is still not valued. No neuroscientist on earth can tell you why 86 billion biological neurons produce the felt experience of being alive. We know that they do. We have no idea why. How matter becomes mind is the deepest unsolved problem in all of science. It has a name. The Hard Problem of Consciousness. It has never been answered. Leo: “They may imitate or even simulate, but they do not understand what they produce, for they lack the affective, relational, and spiritual perspective through which human beings grow in wisdom.” An LLM is an artificial neural network. You are a biological one. Both take in the world. Both compress it into patterns. Both run on machinery their own makers cannot fully read. The substrate is different. The principle is the same. If no one can say why one kind of network wakes up, no one can swear the other never will. You cannot call a thing impossible when you cannot even say what it is. Yes, Trump went to Dairy Queen yesterday and asked "What the hell is a Blizzard." If I were to guess, probably about 98% of Americans know exactly what a Blizzard at Dairy Queen is. It definitely is baffling to me that a former President would not know this. But who cares? No, I'm not going to claim that Trump has dementia because he doesn't know what a Blizzard is. I'm also not going to claim that this disqualifies him from being President. Although I think a lot of other things should. What I am going to say is that Americans need to stop focusing on the BS attempts to smear candidates with stupid attacks. Whether it is the right trying to attack Biden for slurring his speech, or the left trying to attack Trump for being overweight, or anything else in between, it's all just BS. We're better than that.

On Saturday evening a CAT Deputy who also happens be a Motor Deputy stopped this moped with no plates driving through the snow. The driver works in West Omaha and lives in near Carter Lake. Deputies warned him of the dangers driving his moped on snow packed roads and he agreed but added the moped is his only mode of transportation to work. The driver was given a warning for no proof of ownership and sent on his way home. We all want to make it to work and provide for our families, and it’s hard not to feel for someone who has no other way to get there. While it's not illegal, a two wheeled vehicle on snow-packed roads is very dangerous.

I haven’t followed the Epstein story closely and don’t have strong, settled views on it. But even from a distance, a few things are obvious. There’s literally a video of Alan Dershowitz admitting he got a massage at Epstein’s mansion. That alone—just the basic fact that Epstein had “masseuses” hanging around ready to give “massages” to his guests—makes it all but certain that a lot of people got those massages, and very likely that at least some of those encounters went beyond massages. That much, I take as a given. The real question, then, is what Epstein was actually doing? Was he simply offering his friends a good time? Was it transactional, i.e. exchanging favors or deals for access to these “services”? Or was he collecting blackmail material? Any of those are plausible, and others may be too. But calling the whole thing a hoax falls apart the second you watch that clip. Dershowitz’s own admission proves there’s a there there. Now, it may not have been as widespread or depraved as some have claimed. Some of the women involved gave contradictory testimony. That doesn’t erase what happened, but it might mean the scope was narrower than assumed. Still, people have a right to ask how far it all went. What the government should be saying is simple: Yes, the rollout was a disaster, especially the ridiculous “binder” stunt. Yes, Epstein was a predator. Yes, Alex Acosta never should have let him off. Yes, it is probably too late to piece everything together. And yes, we cannot reliably determine how old some of the girls were or exactly who did what and that is also why names cannot simply be released, because, as Dershowitz claims of himself, some guests may have engaged in conduct that was technically legal and consensual. And at the very least, one basic question should be easy to answer: did Epstein work for U.S. intelligence? He’s dead. They can say yes or no.

On the surface, she's asking for a detailed explanation of something really complex. For young people, apprentices, junior engineers, new managers, or anyone entering a new field, there's a deeper lesson: - Expertise comes in layers When you're new, you often want the entire mental model immediately. You ask: - Why are we doing it this way? - What does every part do? - What are all the dependencies? - What happens under every possible condition? Those are good questions. But sometimes the answer would require six months of background knowledge to make sense. It's great to be curious, as long as sometimes you're willing to accept that the answer is "I can't explain it all to you right now." An experienced person may effectively be saying: "You're asking a valid question, but you're asking it several chapters before the book has introduced the necessary concepts." While I have premium I definitely want to do a long post breaking down the main scene from this show that I obsess with. There's so much that I feel could be learned from it. Not just for expansion animators either. There's honestly a LOT that can be learned from how this show directed its expansion scenes that can be applied to even safe for work animations. Obviously yes, the expansion alone is really good. What makes it so good though is just the fact that there's things you pick up on that you likely don't even realize until you re-watch. I'm using this scene as an example as it's not AS good I would say, but it still has a lot going for it. One thing I've always loved from it that I want to use in my own animations someday is that the expansion sort of comes in waves as opposed to one consistent growth. In a way, it makes it feel more natural while also selling how tight the top is getting. It could have been accompanied by showing the knot getting tighter or smaller with each growth. It's a small part of the animation but just that one thing already adds another layer to appreciate. It's not like most expansion scenes where there's very little outside of just "growing" on its own. There's a bunch of little things that subtly improve it without being obnoxious. The first expansion scene has WAY more that I want to talk about honestly. Far more than this one has. It will probably be a really long post now that I think about it...
