Many recruits had been in Canada for less than 3 months. One platoon had a 48% graduation rate. 52% FAILURE RATE. Recruits broke into ethnic infighting. Racial discrimination complaints filed in every direction. The internal CAF report flagged recruits experiencing “for the first time” being expected to treat women as their peers.
