This takes an insane amount of skill on the part of the helicopter pilot, and an equally insane amount of courage from the men guiding the tower segment.

As someone that used to do this I can tell you it doesn't pay near enough money. I left in 2014 working for one of the biggest companies in the US making $22 an hour. Long hours and very physical work.
