If that f*ck was beating him on his head, he more than likely suffered a neurological injury. This would make him fall over as his equilibrium was affected. Of course, time will tell & getting him away from those monsters was the priority.... I am just so pissed that in the middle of a packed marketplace streets, it seems so common just to torture & kill another life. I would have probably gotten beaten myself by taking that weapon out of that mongrel's hands. That was not a "random" stick. That is a weapon that has probably been used many time over.
