I don't think it would be exclusive to Cyberstan, probably will be for the top, most dread, tier of Automaton soldiers. Or perhaps even for the boss fight.

My theory is it would be a theme for a bossfight while we push towards cyberstan or something terrifying pushes towards us

They will surely put the Big bosses back like in Helldivers 1

Imagine we get to face Darth Vader 2.0 in Cyberstan, which is where the Cyborgs are

Would love to hear this when a factory strider drops down like how the music changes when a titan or a impaler spawns in

I hope we get a new biome the closer we get to Cyberstan. A heavily industrialized planet. Something like the Colonial-cities that we get for the illuminate missions but its just a bunch of factories instead.
