It's not a bug it's a feature. I legit think that should be a part of the game if you have a helldiver that lasts for 3 or more missions without dying they start to see s*** it would be the coolest thing. For all the people that wish to cancel me PTSD in real life is not cool

Happened to me, but I didn't have a fire weapon so I couldn't see them but heard them and attacked me
