Last workout of the year! As the year comes to an end, I’ve been checking a few baselines to see where I’m at and plan the year ahead. Training’s been a bit inconsistent recently, but with a reduced playing schedule coming up it’ll allow me to train a bit harder and experiment with some things I’ve always wanted to try. It can sometimes get boring over the years if you’re doing similar things relentlessly, year on year. Now that I’ve got a bit more freedom, I’ll be taking advantage of that and adding some fun back in. I’ll be jumping back on the speed train soon too, as my clubhead speed has been down since breaking my ankle last year. I’ll be sharing some of that in the new year and seeing what I can get it back to.

my new song “BREAKDOWN.” is out on the 21st of June!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this poem because it’s been the hardest year for my mental health. In my life I’ve always never felt good enough, it’s just the thing that’s eaten me up. For as long as I can remember i have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark. It’s always been so hard to fight the darkness that i inevitably have. A lot of people will say it’s a phase and it will go away. But it doesn’t and the reality of the situation is I have to find strategies to deal with it. To put it plainly the things I don’t like about myself will probably never change, people tell me one day I’ll come-to terms with them one day but I want that day to be FUCKING NOW. This song is a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and the world is so much bigger than me. Try and get out of your head and notice the world around you, notice the things and people around you. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself. If you think you can’t do it, you can. You can get through this, trust me. Use this poem in a mornin to get u out of bed, use it when youre about to back out of something last minute, use it when you’re at your darkest. It’s got a little bit of light in it. Don’t forget to put your feet in the grass … Mind

It’s been a rough few years. But this year I got hyper focused back in the gym and finally feel like my silly little self again. All ready to take on the next adventure. After many months of back and forth I’m set on getting my first motorcycle. (To learn on) I’m always hyper fixated on some skill and I choose you, Pikachu! (Well, maybe you chose me) Thankfully, it’s more practical once ya get past the learning curve. 😹 (unlike the puppet and ventriloquism era, but that’s fun to bust out at parties) I can start to actually share my misadventures with you guys again too. As someone just learning and already prone to chaos, there will be a few. I know I’ve been distant the last year. I’m sorry Its been tough, But we are back. I went to the doctors and they told me to receive treatment for a period of time, which might affect the early portion of the upcoming competitive schedule. So I’ll be taking a break to rest and recover, to get my condition back in form. Then I’ll look for the right moment to come back. I need to take care of things first.”

IOTA review in CoinBureau Back in 2018 $IOTA was one of the first coins I ever invested in, I even tried to setup a node back in 2019 for IOTA Since then they have been coming up here and there and earlier this year I started to see new innovations coming up within the eco. They are the og coin for real-world adoption. What they have going is that they were so early and has been able to build a trusted brand since 2015, now comes the question if they can do a full comeback into the top on CMC again? I would love to see them launching some infofi initiatives to bring awareness to Iota again.

This is probably my stopping point right here, as I've been working on this for the last four to five hours, and the costs of spending more time on this are outweighing the benefits. The issue I'm running into now is that it doesn't seem to be agentic enough to be able to do stuff on its own that is meaningful, such as build apps generatively and take my feedback. I do think that the technology has a lot of promise, so I will check back in a couple weeks or months to try and pick up where I left off.
