Our opposition is so useless that instead of raising genuine issues they have vowed to not let parliament function at any cost. This has become consistent in every session since 2024 elections. No discussions, only drama!🤡

Shiv- If you’re open to feedback: your shows lately feel more like noise than substance. Even on mute, the sheer volume of words used to convey fairly simple thoughts is overwhelming. You are a strong journalist, please stay true to your core ideals. Don’t dilute your voice in an attempt to appear agreeable or overly balanced. When something is wrong, call it out plainly and firmly. Trying to make the wrong sound reasonable in the name of “neutrality” only weakens the message. What happened in Parliament was wrong. The opposition was wrong. Disrupting proceedings and blocking discussion after the Budget session was irresponsible and an irresponsible opposition deserves to be told so, clearly and without hesitation

The cost of hearing this awful din and absolute pandemonium for nearly 40 hours is a huge 57 Cr, all taxpayers money. What a shame this is, it’s not just about wasted money, it’s about wasted dignity.

You seem to have forgotten what BJP MP Sushma Swaraj had famously said "Parliamentary disruption is our democratic right, disruptions are a legitimate democratic tool."

There should be 2 rules made for the parliament Especially the Lok Sabha 1.Salary based on Pay per day when parliament is functioning 2. If at least 3 discussions are not held on a single day in the parliament no MP will get salary for that day

Shiv, the Parliament has always been this. Or atleast the 25-30 years that I've been aware of it. Sorry to say but its the grand Indian political circus. Decisions are not taken within the parliament but outside of it ; they are only passed inside that building. People would call out 'sanctity' - but count folks inside of it who are criminals and everyone is astounded. So; not news. What's happening is far more entertaining content for the 1.4B, than 'news'.

If an employee makes a mistake in office, company cuts the loss from their salaries than government should do the same. Cut the loss from their salaries. I feel they don’t want to work, can’t debate, discuss, deliberate on things that matters to the country.
