Thats not entirely true. Its a job, you doing work, is it normal to get emotional over routine job shenanigans? if you think it is, then u not really working properly or for long. Extremes happen tho, which is normal, and u get diddled emotionally. Same even if its a hobby, lets say trading is like fishing or those competeive games that test your reaction and finger motoric speed(depends on your trading style), its not normal to get emotional in those either if u doing it properly and for a longer period of time now, while extremes happen daily routine is boring as fuck. Same applies to almost everything. Most do not treat this as job or hobby, they behave as its gambling or some scratch card. Tho as i write this i remembered the video (second one attached) so on that note it seems its possible to become numb of routine in gambling too

So Jess admitted this morning that I was right about how her departure from Twitter went down. Which is cool and all but it’s the other stuff that she said during her admission that caught my attention. Because it really sounds like she’s finally admitting that she does not now nor has she ever had any evidence that Baker is all of the horrible things that she claimed he is. For two weeks she has been adamant that she had the proof to back up her claims but she just couldn’t show it to us and she made it seem like we were the assholes in this situation for not trusting her. What you’re watching here is a classic reframing pattern. Ilana starts with something almost everyone can agree with: Most people have felt uncomfortable in their body. Women are told they’re too fat, too thin, too curvy, not curvy enough. Men are told they’re too weak, too soft, not muscular enough, not masculine enough. That part is true. But then comes the linguistic sleight of hand. She takes ordinary body insecurity… and slides it into the claim that the “trans experience” is just a more visible version of what everyone feels. That is the frame. Not: this is a specific belief system. Not: this involves medicalization. Not: this has consequences for women’s spaces, sports, prisons, or children. Instead, the frame becomes: “Everyone feels wrong in their body, and trans identity is just the brave, visible example of finding your true self.” That sounds compassionate. But it also erases the distinction between discomfort with your body and rejecting the reality of your sex. Because almost everyone has felt insecure. But that does not mean everyone is secretly experiencing some version of transness. That is the NLP move. Ilana creates agreement with a universal human experience… then she attaches that agreement to a much more controversial claim. And once you accept the frame, disagreement starts to sound cruel. That is how the spell works.

Her symptoms were addressed, but she was reassured that she would feel better soon. She visited multiple doctors and emergency rooms before finally being diagnosed with metastatic ovarian cancer at age 44. She was also found to carry the BRCA1 mutation. She found a wonderful oncologist and began treatment, but when her cancer progressed on the strongest medicine available to her, her doctor suggested that she go to MDAnderson for an alternate treatment. Alma has medical insurance, but says that when she reached out to MDAnderson, she was told it would cost $16,000 upfront to have her records reviewed and see a doctor for a second opinion. And this is only part of her story. There is so much more she has endured — more than can fit in a single video — and it deserves to be heard. Regardless of where you stand on policy, insurance, or systems, we can all agree that this is not the way insured patients should experience cancer.
