It doesn't stop at buying and selling OTC - this also unlocks the ability for people to more confidently hire and be hired - by leveraging their pseudo, not their IRL credentials Broker has options for both "Hiring" and "Looking for work"

We've also added Bounties as a category, where users can post bounties for - User information requests ("did this guy do what he said he did?") - Bug bounties ("we will pay you if you find a bug in our smart contract") - Sybil defense for Ethos ("Identify sybils, we will pay")

Today Broker is limited to just p2p transactions and does not yet actually broker the deal, collect collateral, and settle disputes. But this is just day 1, and our vision for Broker includes being a comprehensive solution to all OTC trading.

Users can pay an additional fee (10 USDC) for Premium Broker listings, which will help their listing stand out with an AI generated image, and display it on the home page of Ethos. All validators have been given a free promotional credit for 3 premium posts, to try Broker out.
