Hello everyone — a little update from me. I’ve just been released by Counter Terrorism Police North West after being wanted for questioning earlier today, at around 8:40am. Officers attended my address intending to arrest me, but clarified that I was wanted for questioning.

They can't arrest just for 'questioning' (necessity). They also need grounds. What section of the Terrorism Act? For that, the arrest must be for the purpose of investigating terrorism, so since it obviously wasn't, like Robinson and Galloway, you can sue for unlawful detention
