I'm 70 and retiring from my job. This was a hard letter for me to TAP Send. Team, I am happy and deeply proud to share that I am retiring, with my final working day on Friday, May 1, 2026. As I look back on my time here, I can admit I haven’t always been the easiest person to work with. My passion for the job and my attention to details has, at times, made me intense. Yet throughout it all, my supervisors stood by me with patience, strength, and understanding. They have been everything I could have hoped for in leaders, firm when needed, fair in every situation, and always friendly. Their guidance has meant more to me than they know, and I am truly grateful. Being part of this team has been one of the great privileges of my life. I’ve learned, grown, and shared moments, big and small, with people who made each day meaningful. The support, the conversations, the laughter, and even the challenges have shaped my journey, creating memories I will carry with me with pride and gratitude. Thank you all for walking beside me through these years. You’ve each been part of my life story, and I will always remember that. Today, I have left my heart in Gaza and taken my fragile body outside it. For 560 days, I have never stopped and have done over my energy to tell the truth and report our pain from my hometown. The story has come to a temporary end. I never ever imagined I would be at such an impossible decision, to leave my family behind and depart for medical treatment and care. My body, since Israel’s ongoing blockade, has become constantly weaker. And since I haven’t found my medicine either, I was plunged into my guilt zone and decided to go. With this sentiment comes relentless emotional pain. As a young man, I always dreamed to report on football. I was let down many times, instilled doses of courage into me to overcome the challenges, and fought hard to be that dreamer. But once Israel started its genocide, I put everything aside and picked up my weapon to begin reporting tirelessly hour in and hour out. Maybe, I haven’t done enough and wish I could continue until every inch is rebuilt, but my health has disappointed me this time. It couldn’t take that much horror and suffering. My braves colleagues have stayed. They’re the best of the world. There was indeed a last drop of blood in my veins, and I didn’t want to spend it nowadays. I desire to recharge, grow stronger, and come back to defend my homeland with aplomb and unmatched love. As I have always promised, I will die for the day Palestine will be free. My mother, my father, and my brothers and sisters, I have failed you. I miss you and will miss you in every second I will be out from Gaza. Love to you. My heart has remained with you and will never leave you. You’re my light in this whole darkness. That’s why I am shining. For my friends, it’s all about you. You are the companions of the journey. Had to tap back in to all my guys out there who - like me - no longer have our fathers to say Happy Father’s Day to. My old man died suddenly a few years ago. Unfortunately, we got in a fight about a month earlier and I never reconciled with him or even had a chance to say goodbye. So for me, every Father’s Day has become very tricky because there’s a lot pain. But every Father’s Day is also one of my greatest days because I have three amazing daughters who tell me, I love you and Happy Fathers Day. To my guys out there, if your old man is still around - consider it a blessing. Even if you and your dad are working thru some complicated shit. I’ve been there and I understand. But do your best to reconcile and get that drama behind you and get right with your dad. It’s important. Because the alternative is regret and I don’t want that for you. Happy Fathers Day. We’re all lucky boys. “I’ll take care of it”

I hope that this day of yours will also be filled with love and I hope that my feelings can reach all of you just as I feel them. Um ... I continue to share my progress in my recovery after this massive stroke and the coma and pneumonia that kept me in the hospital for over three months in the beginning of the year I hope that by sharing my experience strength and hope, I can help others who’ve been through something similar. That you are not alone!!! I admit it is an absolute miracle that I am here with you. So I am smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to improve my health. And As in every day I have to thank you for the prayers and support that helped carry me through and this far.

I rang in the New Year with a bunch of fellow Patriots 🇺🇸 we sang the National Anthem, we prayed for our ICE Agents, we pledged allegiance to our beloved flag, and we screamed and cheered for the cowboys riding untamable beasts - we didn’t apologize for being white or for being proud of where we all came from…we celebrated our country and how incredible it is - and it was absolutely everything my soul needed ❤️ I love you guys - with my whole entire heart - and I am thankful for each and every one of you every single day - and I canno wait to spend another year here with you 🥰 HAPPY NEW YEAR Y’ALL 🧨🎊😘

Today, I say goodbye to a place that, for five seasons, was much more than a club. It was my home, my challenge and the place where my family and I built such an important part of our lives. I leave with a heart full of memories and enormous pride for everything we lived and achieved together. When I arrived, I had a clear dream: to leave my name in this club’s history. I knew the only way was through hard work, sacrifice and achieving something that had seemed so difficult for so long: lifting a trophy again. **And we did it.** The journey wasn’t perfect, but I don’t want that to define my goodbye. I choose to remember the happy moments, the lessons, the people who stood by me and, above all, the love I received during these five years. Thank you to everyone at the club who shared this journey with me. Coaches, teammates, staff and every person working behind the scenes you are all part of my story and have a place in my heart. And to the fans: Thank you for loving me, respecting me and making me feel like one of you from day one. Thank you for every hug, every song, every flag, every applause and for always being there. I kept wondering, 'Will we be able to do well?'. I had a lot of worries and thoughts like that. And... I don't know, since we haven't performed in a while, I think I was personally very worried. I felt anxious and had a lot of mixed emotions. But now that I'm actually standing on stage, hearing the cheers of our fans and feeling this energy we share together firsthand, I'm truly so, so happy. I don't know, I really believe this is just the beginning, I truly believe that. In the future, we are going to become a team that rises all the way to the top, so I hope everyone here today will stay with us until that day comes. We will work really hard. Thank you so much! thank you all SO MUCH FOR 100K!!!! this has been such a fun journey and i got to meet so many cool people. i never thought id hit 1000 followers, and hitting 100,000 is so insanely cool! i started using this account in january of last year and the growth has been so insane. i have met some truly incredible people, including my new roommate. this has truly been an amazing experience. i hope i was able to make all of you laugh at some point with my tweets. and with that, i wanted to share one of my favorite live perfomances with you all. thank you again and i love you all!

It's been a little over 2 months since we received your diagnosis. What a roller-coaster it has been. Grief is a strange thing, particularly when the person is still alive. It comes and goes, like a wave. I mourn what could have been, and what will never be. I am angry that my beautiful baby girl has to work so hard to achieve what comes so naturally to typical children. I see families in public, toddlers walking and talking with their parents, and it's hard not to feel an intense jealousy over what could have been. The life we could have had. I would do anything to take your pain away. I will never know why you were chosen to bare this heavy burden, but you do so with such resilience, I am in awe of you every single day. I know you will most likely never completely understand me when I tell you how strong you are, how brave you are, how much I love you. But I see it in your eyes, your smile, I know you feel safe with me, and that is all I can ever ask for. I can only hope that one day I can see those beautiful little legs move independently, but for now, I am beyond proud of what you have already achieved. You are my inspiration, Ciera Grace. I will never give up on you.
