In the last 3 months, working together we achieved: Nearly 100 arrests Provided assistance on more than 30 investigations Provided support to more than 60 agencies across our region. Today in Germany, and just yesterday across three countries—Britain, France, and Italy—I presented our Victory Plan to the leaders of Europe. We covered all aspects of our strategy for bringing peace closer—geopolitical, military, and economic. We must act together—everyone who has the necessary strength and influence—to guarantee a reliable peace, to compel Russia to peace. But we must act now, in the coming months. We need to strengthen our soldiers on the frontlines and bolster our shared positions. Now, at the team level, we will work with our European partners to fill each step of our plan to the fullest. This will lead us to an effective second Peace Summit, so that the war ends. And that it was just and fair end to this war.

On the 36th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, I have a message for every dictator who still builds walls to divide and control their people: for the alliance of the autocratic regimes, For you Khamenei.ir , Putin, Maduro , just a heads-up from the the city of Freedom Berlin. Together with my brothers Leopoldo López one of the courageous opposition leaders from Venezuela and Garry Kasparov, the world chess champion who has been fighting dictators in the Kremlin, we built World Liberty Congress as a united front of dissidents from across the globe to prove that freedom fighters can organize, lead, and win together. This is General Assembly for Dissidents” which gathered 180 from 60 authoritarian regimes into Berlin’s parliament to practice a fair and free election that we don’t had in our own countries. We could’ve changed the rules to cling to power, but we changed them to step down just to show you we’re not hungry for control, we’re hungry for freedom. Our nations deserve democracy. While authoritarian regimes collaborate and work together to kill protesters within countries and send assassins beyond their borders to silence pro-democracy movements, we are more determined than ever to stand together and bring the walls of dictatorship down.
