Med Ball Spikeball Variation Some rules: • Everyone has to touch the ball 1 time before returning it to the box • If a team fails to have everyone on their team touch it or fail to return it to the box then it’s the opposite teams point. • The ball must hit the box and go up. If it hits the side/corner of the box and immediately goes down it is the other teams point. You can all adjust and make up your own rules! Can be played 2v2, 3v3, or even 4v4. (3v3 seems to be the best) We played as a warm up before our lift. But it can be a workout if it’s own! Anyone played this? There is nothing weird about asking to "work in" with someone. I always do and I always offer it too. You can politely say no, that's absolutely fine, BUT there is no need to judge or act arrogant like this as if you're better than anyone. YOU don’t make the rules of the gym!

Hills I will die on as someone who has coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. The legacy you leave as a coach will never be determined by your wins and losses, but by the lives you were able to change for the better!

Did you even listen to the members during Arirang Notes and other interviews? Do you really think you know better than them? This isn’t about choosing Come Over over Into the Sun or the other way around. Both deserve to be heard properly. We wanted Come Over to be included in the album as well, not just as a hidden track—we genuinely find it moving and truly a masterpiece. But that doesn’t mean another track should be pushed down or replaced. It’s about giving space to both songs without removing anything at all.

You buy a multimillion dollar home on a nice quiet lake so you can live a nice peaceful life! Or so you thought. Turns out your neighbor is a good time guy with a loud speed boat who loves to rip it up on the water daily. This is not what you had in mind and is ruining the experience for you. Should you have done more research on the rules of the lake like “no wake” zones or spent more time seeing what kind of boats went by?! Or should you learn to live with it knowing you bought a lake front property and boats are allowed.

Enjoy this journey while you can. There will be a day when you don’t have anyone to throw with or lift with or play pickup racquetball and then hit the sauna after with. There will be a day when you can’t immediately roll from your workout into breakfast/lunch/dinner with 8 of your best friends. There will be a day when disputes cannot be settled with a game of madden, 2K or the show. You will realize that showing up late for work pales in comparison to the fear you had about showing up late to the field or the weight room. You can say that you’ll still train hard, keep yourself in shape, hold YOURSELF accountable. It’s easy to say when you have a goal you’re working towards with a collective group. But when you don’t have that, damn it gets hard. So enjoy it. Take advantage of the time and the energy. For some guys it happens after 6 years of pro ball. For others it happens after 4 years of college. But it will leave you. Let me repeat that: IT WILL LEAVE YOU AND IT SUCKS WHEN IT DOES.

Test the waters Make sure that streaming is possible for you, test your tech, your upload/download speeds, your voice, your set-up. Make sure that you give yourself a good experience as well as your future audience 4. Take your time Getting to affiliate/monetization will take time, getting used to the tech side of things takes time. It's unlikely you will wake up to 1k viewers overnight, and not every day will be great interactions only 5.
