Over two years ago I decided to post my tile work on 𝕏 and it’s been a fun journey ever since. This was my first work video. The support here has been amazing and I just appreciate all of you so much. ❤️

I'm spending time outside with my close acquaintances and thus have been pretty offline. It's truly healing and I feel rejuvenated. So please don't do this, guys. I need you to always be online and ready to read and like my posts. Also Retwet them sometimes

Today, I’m so grateful to see 38. It’s been a long and stressful year, but I’m beyond thankful to still be here, standing strong. I count my blessings every day, and I’m especially thankful for the amazing people in my life who continue to uplift and support me. Here’s to embracing the journey, appreciating the lessons, and celebrating another year of life and growth. Happy Birthday to me 🫶🏾 Cashapp: $TIERKNEE86 if you guys are feeling generous! 🦂🥰

It’s been a rough few years. But this year I got hyper focused back in the gym and finally feel like my silly little self again. All ready to take on the next adventure. After many months of back and forth I’m set on getting my first motorcycle. (To learn on) I’m always hyper fixated on some skill and I choose you, Pikachu! (Well, maybe you chose me) Thankfully, it’s more practical once ya get past the learning curve. 😹 (unlike the puppet and ventriloquism era, but that’s fun to bust out at parties) I can start to actually share my misadventures with you guys again too. As someone just learning and already prone to chaos, there will be a few. I know I’ve been distant the last year. I’m sorry Its been tough, But we are back. Onward to new adventures! 😚🏍️💨 Join my now active OF or Playboy page to be a part of the fun ;) #motorcycle #fitness #adhd

THANK YOU DES MOINES AND THANK YOU CENTRAL IOWA! The first time I stepped foot in Iowa was July, 2021 looking for apartments in Des Moines. Little did I know at the time how important this city, one I never imagined living in, has become to my life. I’ve met some of the most important people and I will love Des Moines forever. But change is inevitable and my time in Iowa is coming to an end. My last day at KCCI will be on October 14th. For the last 4.5 years I’ve been proud to work for Iowa’s news leader. It has truly been an honor to share stories from around Central Iowa. Thank you to all my coworkers who have been the shining example of professionalism. Thank you to my sports team, Scott and Shannon. Getting to work with you two everyday was a joy and a blast. Thank you to all the coaches, SIDs and athletes for all your help on the countless stories told. I’ll always have a special place in my heart for Des Moines, and I’m excited to share that I’ll be heading to Tampa, Florida to join the sports team at WFLA! These last 2-3 weeks are going to be amazing and I’m excited to finish strong with some Big College Kickoff and Friday Night Hype! Thank you for everything DSM, I’ll miss this city and its people very much.

The news from yesterday is that I will be training for my first powerlifting competition. It’s January 20th, 2024 and I’ll be going for 2000 pounds raw total. This has been a huge goal for me since I was a kid and I’m super excited to share this next journey with you all!
