Hello YouTube TeamYouTube I had another video unjustifiably removed for Hate Speech and my appeal rejected. This marks the 7th unjustifiable strike I've gotten this year that had it's appeal rejected and that you have overturned, only after I've escalated to twitter. It is clear your system is broken....

Below is the only video linked to me with a time stamp and flagged as "hate speech." It didn't even receive a strike. TeamYouTube you insisted this wasn't mass reporting. How is it possible this is the only linked video and yet I was struck for "multiple severe hate speech violations." How is it possible that the only way I got this addressed is by friends in high places and getting Twitter buzz? How is it that my ban didn't even have a single linked video?

In the last 1.5 months YouTube: Demonetized me Reinstated me after a video appeal Sent me the 100k YouTube Plaque Demonetized me again Removed 2 of my videos, both appeals rejected but later reinstated Took back my payment for the previous month I documented everything in this video 👇 TeamYouTube after all this, I think I deserve a fair review of my demonetization case.

TeamYouTube YouTube Creators I’m asking for a real human review of my deleted channel, Strain Show. After 9 years and over 400k subscribers, my channel was removed after a strike that was flagged at the 0:01 timestamp of a long video, before I even said anything. I did not even have time to appeal that specific strike before the entire channel was deleted. I appealed the termination through the standard process, but that appeal was rejected almost instantly. Strain Show was built around education, science, history, safety, policy, and legal industry coverage. I do not believe the channel violated the rules it was accused of breaking. Channel: 0:01 strike: I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for a careful human review. If my videos ever helped you, taught you something, or made cannabis less confusing, please repost this and ask YouTube to take another look. #FreeStrainShow

Hi TeamYouTube A guy recorded his washing machine and and used it to claim monetization on my video, this is the most egregious example of the MANY outright fraudulent content ID claims I've gotten over the years are you guys doing anything to prevent this? It's completely out of hand.

I had a stream that got 120,000 views that just got removed from YouTube because it violated community guidelines about gambling. At the 1:26 timestamp, I apparently promoted an online gambling site. I have video evidence of this being false. The time that I allegedly violated rules about gambling is literally a countdown clock with no audio to let people know when the game starts. The appeal was denied within 20 minutes. Now, my channel and my livelihood is in danger of being terminated because YouTube flagged it for violating the "regulated goods policy" where I apparently promoted a site while having a blank static screen with a countdown clock. I have yet to hear a response from TeamYouTube about this, and have yet to speak to a human throughout this entire process. I graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in December 2022. I will pursue any and all legal action. Restore the video, remove the sanctions against my channel, and give me the money that I rightfully earned on stream, or I have no problem going to court.

Hello TeamYouTube , my most watched (6M+ views) 3 year old youtube video of original Minecraft gameplay got community guidelines warning for gambling and external links. This was definitely a mistake because I checked the entire video and the video only contains gameplay footage recorded by me. Description contains links to my own social media and a popular game server hosting website. Still my appeal was denied within seconds. There is option to edit the video in Youtube Studio to trim/blur problematic part. But, the part which was referred as problematic in the video contains is just normal conversation with my fellow creators within the game(video attached) so removing it makes no sense. I request to take another review as it is affecting me that my most popular video got taken down due to a mistake. Link to the video:
