THE BEST LEADERS DON’T ASK FOR “BUY-IN”. THEY DO THIS INSTEAD: “Coaches use this word ‘buy-in’ all the time. And I’ll let you in on a little secret. It’s actually not a secret if you've watched anything I’ve ever put out before. I don't like the phrase ‘buy-in’. I don't like the word. I don't like the idea. It’s not something I’m interested in. I think the coaching profession and teams would be better off if coaches simply stopped asking for buy-in. But because I know that's not going to happen on anything besides a very small scale with a few select coaches and they're going to talk about and use the phrase ‘buy-in’, then we want to at least try to do it as best as we possibly can. But between you and me — don't even use the word. Don't use the word. Don't ask for buy-in. Don't demand buy-in. Focus entirely on that second point (“Create something worth buying into”) and do your best to not use the phrase. First, don't use the phrase because so many other places and so many other people and so many other coaches do and people are tired of it. So, I think the responsibility is on us if we're going to use a phrase then we need to know how that phrase is going to be seen, heard, and perceived. And when people get tired of being told to buy in and asked to buy in and begged to buy in and pleaded to buy in and preached to buy in, they turn it off and they tune it out. So, I think even using the phrase runs that risk. That's #1. #2 is: Rather than ask for it, rather than demand it, rather than even use the phrase, just focus on your action and go earn buy-in by doing great work. Damn, Seonho and Younjung were absolutely insane. I could genuinely feel both of their emotions when they became Hojin and Muhee in Can This Love Be Translated. Please… I was literally crying by the ending of episode 9. It’s hard to explain, but the look in Hojin’s eyes the shock on his face when he finds out Muhee’s secret was portrayed so perfectly by Seonho. And the way he breaks down, holding her while being unable to say anything at all… that moment destroyed me. You can feel that he truly understands Muhee’s pain, how she’s been living in a lie all this time just to hide the deep wounds from her childhood. Younjung’s acting here was incredible too. The fear and despair felt so real. She captured Muhee’s emotions so well the urge to run away and hide, and the heartbreak of not wanting Hojin to ever find out the truth. Now you guys all know, I very rarely put those two clowns on my page, but I must say as a veteran this has me filled with rage. So the handbag was able to go to Texas and go to a basketball game and go give out burgers for wounded warriors, which is not even his program. But he couldn’t go to Germany for their Invictus games that were from the 12th to the 14th? Make it make sense! This man flies all around the world, but all he did is sent in a little video, but yet they’re supposed to rely on him to support veterans in Birmingham? To me this seems like him being out this weekend was more of him trying to hide for the fact that he was not in Germany supporting Invictus in which Australia, Ukraine, and others were part of. How disgusting is this man? I put the pictures in a video from Invictus Germany page.

I owe no one an explanation but I'm going to do it. I'm doing it not because of the insult I am receiving, that I am greedy or I don't know what I'm doing for leaving a 14 million naira cash out, but because of only one thing in particular, and that is because of the few comments I have read. I noticed some people are actually saying it is an edit which makes it a fake post to get engagement or the particular game belongs to another punter. Few of my followers who know me very well and can testify that my games are real because most times I do giveaway, not big money though, but something for breakfast and almost every week they get a token from my winnings. And they know I like playing less than 3 odds. I only play a running ticket once in a blue moon. A particular Guy after seeing my games called me a sporty agent, after getting 3K giveaway from me back to back during the weekends he never called me that name again. I will make a video of this particular game and allow everybody to see that I did not cash out either partially or fully. A real gamer that sees this game and checks each option very well will be certain that the last game will come. I mean, it's BARCELONA, just 1-UP, against club brugge, JESUS CHRIST 🤦 🤦🤦, I still can't believe this. More difficult games we are on that ticket but they scale through, one of the easiest and the last match was now the main issue. I am not trying to boast, if you are not a good punter, all you have money issues then you will see this particular game and cash out. I was informed by X’s “Senior Security Concierge” David Snoswell that if I did not remove my tweet criticizing the harassment on this platform and .Elon Musk not doing enough about it, they will be taking me off the internet forever if I don’t remove it, but I will not comply.
