This little rat is starting to panic. What he's recognizing now is that there will be no sailing off to the sunset and if he tries to escape to Israel, he's going to be handled there as well. All the rats trying to jump off the Titanic after attempting to loot it. It's glorious🐭

🔴 WE ARE ONE MINUTE TO MIDNIGHT! ✍️✍️ The issue is remarkably simple and clear. Liberal democracy, in its broadest sense, is not an end in itself; rather, it is a means of enabling human beings to lead better, freer, and more dignified lives. Yet this means, contrary to what some may believe, cannot be placed at the unrestricted disposal of those who fundamentally reject its core principles and values and who, upon attaining power, intend to strip others of the very freedoms and rights that enabled their own political participation. Democracy is not merely the ballot box. Liberal democracy is a system of institutions, values, and legal constraints on power that safeguards individual liberty, minority rights, the rule of law, and the independence of civil society institutions. Without these prerequisites, the ballot box is not necessarily a guarantor of freedom; it can even become an instrument for the establishment of majoritarian tyranny. Unless Western countries seriously address their universities, educational systems, borders, and mechanisms for countering foreign influence, they may soon face a crisis that threatens the very foundations of their political civilization. While states such as Qatar and China, along with transnational political and ideological networks, employ financial, media, academic, and political instruments to expand their influence, Western societies can no longer afford to proceed under the naïve assumption that every form of influence is necessarily harmless simply because it operates within legal frameworks and exploits democratic mechanisms. The issue is not merely foreign money. It is the transformation of financial resources into intellectual and cultural influence, access to decision-making institutions, and ultimately, the gradual alteration of the balance of power within free societies. Universities, which ought to be bastions of critical thinking, academic independence, and the cultivation of free-minded citizens, can, in the absence of financial transparency and institutional autonomy, become platforms for the influence of authoritarian states and anti-liberal ideological movements. Electoral mechanisms, too, if they operate without regard for the nature of political actors and their long-term objectives, can facilitate the gradual entry of anti-liberal forces into the corridors of power. This is the fundamental paradox: can a free society survive without actively defending freedom against forces intent on undermining or destroying it? In my view, the answer is no. Political Islam, particularly those networks and organizations seeking to transform religion into the foundation of a society’s political and legal order, represents one of the most serious challenges facing Western liberal democracy. The European experience has demonstrated that ignoring this challenge, in the hope that it will resolve itself spontaneously within the framework of democracy, can have profoundly costly consequences. This concern is now becoming increasingly significant in the United States as well, alongside other domestic and external threats. The emergence of figures such as Zohran Mamdani and Abdul El-Sayed in American politics, notwithstanding their ideological and political differences, once again raises the question of where the boundary lies between legitimate political participation and the infiltration of anti-liberal ideological movements. The emergence of figures such as Zohran Mamdani and Abdul El-Sayed in American politics cannot be examined solely through the lens of electoral participation or religious identity. The more consequential issue is the rigorous examination of their political worldviews, ideological positions, networks of association, and attitudes toward the fundamental principles of liberal civilization. In Abdul El-Sayed’s case, his positions on Israel, including his repeated refusal to recognize Israel’s right to exist unconditionally and his conditioning of that right on future political arrangements, raise serious questions about his intellectual foundations and political orientation. In assessing such figures, we must not simply accept their denial of organizational affiliations at face value; (just as we must not attribute specific organizational affiliations to them without evidence). What matters is the examination of the totality of their positions, associations, and political objectives. The principal danger may lie in the gradual convergence of political Islamist movements with segments of the radical left, and in their joint exploitation of democratic mechanisms to advance objectives that are fundamentally at odds with the principles of liberal democracy. The issue is not that Muslims should be excluded from political participation; such a position would itself violate the principles of liberal democracy. The issue is that no individual or political movement should be exempt from scrutiny regarding its ideological objectives, organizational affiliations, and positions on fundamental freedoms merely because it enjoys electoral support. The West must learn from its own historical experience. Freedom, tolerance, and democracy, when elevated to absolute values devoid of any defensive mechanisms, may ultimately be exploited by the very enemies of those values. Europe, particularly France and the United Kingdom, is facing profound crises in many areas, including identity, culture, and politics. American universities have not remained immune to these developments. Even within the Democratic Party, one can discern signs of the growing influence of movements that exhibit a deeply complacent attitude toward the nature and implications of certain anti-liberal ideologies. This trend must not be dismissed as merely a series of isolated and unrelated events. What matters is the recognition of the mechanisms of influence, sources of funding, organized networks, and long-term political objectives that, in combination, may gradually undermine the structures of free societies from within. We are not dealing with a marginal issue. We are dealing with the future of a civilization founded upon individual liberty, rationality, political secularism, the rule of law, and human dignity. There may still be an opportunity for reform, but that opportunity is not unlimited. The reality is that we are standing one minute to midnight.

Marxism is fundamentally secular and anti-religious, which contradicts Islamic beliefs. As a legal commentator, pointing out detailed policy differences serves voters far better than mixing incompatible ideologies into one label.
