@end3of6days9 I use a mullein leaf extract (non-alcohol) and it’s fantastic. I just put drops in my water 3x’s a day.

I use drops three times a day, so I’m coughing a bit throughout the day. Not gagging fits, just occasional productive coughs. I was a heavy smoker, so mornings were challenging. At first I coughed pretty hard, sometimes triggering my gag reflex and/or dry heaves, but I did intentional calm breathing through that and kept a spitoon handy. The key to this product is hydration and long term use. I’m going on 5-yrs now and i feel amazing.

@DelDisciple @LndamyDark @end3of6days9 I have smoked for 29 years but recently quit in November. I've read that over a long period of time your lungs can heal. I was just trying to speed up the process. I suppose coughing is worth it in the long run.

I use Mullein leaf tincture for my cat who has asthma and it has helped him tremendously!

I had no idea it worked for cats too 🤔

I don’t remember exactly where I unearthed that information, but there is a lot of information out there on it. My cat came with a lot of issues so I especially don’t want him having any prescriptions. This is working so well for him!
