Hendrix Update! Big guy was able to get his amputation surgery 🤗 Overall everything went smoothly, and he is making a quick recovery. He will be going in to get his sutures removed soon and is available for pre-adoption. He is an extremely sweet and affectionate cat.

Atlas Update! Atlas has been getting a little bit better every day. He is a lot less congested and can even open his sore little eyes to peek at us. He is still eating really well and gaining weight 🤗 We are very hopeful he will be able to make a full recovery 🤞

Why is my cat doing this? This is his room. Everything he needs is in here because he can be a troublemaker and occasionally he gets closed in there, which he seems very comfortable with. This has been his room since we adopted him which was over a year ago now and he hangs out in this room by choice often. Recently, he has started going in his room and closing the door. Is he trying to get my attention by doing this? Is he just playing or is he actually smart enough to want to be closed in the room and shut the door himself? 😂

Watters: This guy had it made. He was in a low security prison in his home country in El Salvador. He was fishing, he was gardening, playing soccer and video games. He would probably get released in a couple years. But his stupid senator and these dumb lawyers pulled him out of his home country back into here and now they are sending him to Uganda Is he going to bring his wife, is he going to bring his son? He's supposed to be a great dad and a great spouse and the wife and kids are allowed to go to Uganda. If this is a great marriage and these are loving people, she should get on the plane with him

Edwin’s remains left Congo today and are now nearing Uganda. He is finally going home. His body is expected to be back in Kenya by Monday, where he will be accorded a dignified and deserving burial. This 77 year old gentleman served our country and lost everything in Helene. Is he getting help? No. His home is ruined from the flood and the insurance company is giving him the run around. He can’t get up to his home because the terrain is so messed up, and his electric chair was ruin in the flood. Listen to his story. It is so heartbreaking. He will take any help he can get. Our veterans should not be treated like this. It’s sad and makes me mad as he‼️!
