🇬🇧 "Henry did not die with dignity. He lost consciousness before anyone believed him." Henry Nowak's father spoke outside court after his son's killer was sentenced to life. 🔴Just Now. Henry Nowak’s father’s full family statement. This is both heartbreaking and utterly harrowing. Should be watched until the end and shared everywhere. “The police did not believe him, he was dragged across the gravel, handcuffed and arrested.” “He told the police 4 times he had been stabbed. One police officer said ‘I don’t think you have mate’. He told the police he couldn’t breathe, 9 times” “Instead of being treated like a victim, police arrested him for assault and read him his rights. That was the last thing he heard. Henry did not die with dignity. He was not believed.” “The way he was treated was inhumane and degrading” ** “His murderer however WAS afforded decency. He WAS believed. He was NOT handcuffed when arrested. He was NOT handcuffed when transported to the police station. As far as we understand, he was NEVER handcuffed AT ALL. And while under arrest for Henry’s murder, police even took him to the kitchen so he could choose what he would like to eat. … the contrast is unbearable” ** “This is not a case about Sikhism, this is not a case about racism. This is a case about murder. People should be able to walk openly through the streets of Britain carrying a 21cm blade.” “Today Henry was believed” ** His murderer has just been sentenced to 21 years in prison. My heart broke in two listening to this. There must be a full investigation into the Police misconduct. Rest in peace Henry. May his memory be a blessing. Sending love and prayers to the family.

DIGWA TAUNTED AND TORTURED HENRY FOR 10 MINUTES!! Henry lay dying, pleading for help. DIGWA AND the POLICE mocked and laughed at him. They didn’t play the additional clips or recordings in court. They said “it’s too disturbing.” Yet it’s what Henry endured-what DIGWA and his family did to him. THE UK MUST RELEASE EVERYTHING!!! Daily Mail: “23:22 Digwa used his own mobile phone to film his victim attempting to escape by climbing onto a commercial rubbish bin and over a fence, while Digwa taunted: ‘You’re not going to get away with this, big man.’ Sentencing Digwa, Judge William Mousley KC said: ‘You continued to make films of Henry suffering, ignoring much of his desperation at having been stabbed. You told him that had not happened, no doubt to convince others who were nearby.’” THESE CLIPS HAVE NOT BEEN RELEASED. Henry managed to land on top of a car parked in front of number 68, on the other side of the fence he jumped over. Digwa went on to take close-up photos of the incapacitated Henry lying on the ground. In footage from a home security camera, Henry was heard saying ‘I am dying’, with Digwa replying, ‘you’re not dying bro’. Ten minutes later, Henry said ‘you stabbed me’, with Digwa responding, ‘no, I didn’t’, and ‘you were recording me thinking you’re sick’, which is slang for ‘tough’. In that ten-minute period, Digwa did not call an ambulance but did film Henry for a full five minutes. This clip was not played in court for being ‘too disturbing to be shown’. The court heard the attack was not witnessed, but neighbours heard Henry say he had been stabbed and was dying. Here is video of protesters at the murderer’s home. JUSTICE FOR HENRY. DIGWA’S FAMILY MUST BE JAILED AND THEN DEPORTED!!

WOW. LISTEN TO THIS. This is the call that sealed Henry Nowak's fate. As surely as the blade did. While Henry lay dying his killer was on a three way 999 call coaching his brother on what to say. And there was one thing the operator needed to know above everything else. Listen and tell me I'm wrong. Digwa's brother Gurpreet called 999 the night Henry died. It was a three way conversation. Vickrum was right there. The man who just stabbed Henry five times. Coaching his brother on what to say while Henry bled out. The operator kept asking. Was he racially abusive? What did he say? What did he specifically say? Gurpreet struggled. You can hear it. He's searching. Taking too long. Because the story was being built in real time. On a 999 call. While Henry was dying. Then he found the word and the operator said that's what I needed to know. Think about that for a second. The operator asked about injuries. Accepted bleeding from his mouth and moved on. Didn't push further. Didn't establish whether the person being restrained needed urgent medical attention. But asked three times what racist thing he said. Like there was a checklist. Like that one word unlocked a protocol. The moment the P word came out everything else stopped mattering. Box ticked. Narrative locked. Cars on their way. When police arrived Henry was on the ground surrounded by all four of them. Vickrum. Gurpreet. Both parents. The whole family around a dying boy they'd just stabbed. Coordinating their story. His mother later hid the murder weapon. Convicted of assisting an offender. White man. Racist attack. No weapons. Police already decided before they saw a single thing. Henry repeatedly told them he'd been stabbed. Don't think you have mate. A lie constructed on a phone call decided everything. The system was primed to hear exactly that one word above everything else. Above the evidence. Above a dying boy's own words. That's not one bad operator on one bad night. That's a priority embedded in the system. Racial element confirmed. Everything else secondary. Including a dying boy.

When Henry sang this, he had no idea how little time he had left. Look at him. Eighteen. His whole life still ahead of him in his own mind and not one person in that room at the end could see what you can see right now. A boy worth everything. Because look what they did to him. He was stabbed in the street. He told the police he couldn't breathe nine times. He told them he'd been stabbed. They didn't believe him. They cuffed him face down and treated the dying victim as the criminal, while the man who knifed him was walked inside and allowed to choose his food. Henry died in handcuffs. Alone. Surrounded by the people who killed him and the people who were meant to save him. Now watch the POLICE crawl out of it. First it was a confusing, fast-moving situation. Now, suddenly, it's he'd have died anyway. In a week they went from we did nothing wrong to it wouldn't have mattered what we did. That's not an explanation. That's a confession in slow motion. This is what two-tier policing looks like in the flesh and when the country dared to be angry about it, the government's answer was to tell us to calm down. To call our grief a dangerous undercurrent. Understand this. Cold rage isn't a riot. It's the opposite. It's anger that stays controlled, clear-eyed, and never forgets. That's what they're so frightened of. Not a mob. A country that remembers. But don't let them have the last word on Henry. The last word is this. A boy singing about looking up at the stars and how they shine for someone you love. He didn't get to grow up. He didn't get the dignity he was owed. But the whole sky was his, and millions of us are looking up now and seeing him in it. They looked at Henry and couldn't see a single light. So we'll shine for him instead. His name was Henry Nowak. Look how he shines.
