State mandated a dashcams need to be considered, possibly icentivized to reduce insurance policies. I know privacy advocates would fuss but i dont see this getting any better with current practices.
I agree with you, but unfortunately, liability cases like this skew heavily in favor of the one who was rear ended, even if they're clearly at fault.
