Her life doesn’t revolve around her family and kids so instead it revolves around TV shows and pop stars. Worst of all she’s too stupid to realize how depressing this is.

If you don’t have a family at least do something interesting with your time. These people have absurd amounts of free time and they do absolutely nothing with it. Wasting their lives staring at little glowing boxes. Absolutely soul crushing.

Depressing to you, maybe.. your view of a good life can be different from somebody else. Your idea of 'right' is not the universal idea of right. It's cool to have an opinion, but to berate somebody for living a life that's different from yours is pathetic and a sheer projection of your own insecurities. Do better, Matt.

No she’s not. She’s cheering herself up because she doesn’t have the other things *yet* and so she’s looking on the bright side of what she does have *now*. She’s being positive. I did exactly what she is doing at 29. Now I’m 38 and have a family. You don’t have the *one way* to live life figured out but you’re stupid enough to think you do.

She states very clearly that this is a way for her to express gratitude for the solo life she’s living (right now). She makes no mention of not having goals for a family, even hints that she might still be on that path. As for judging her binging Netflix and making Shakshuka while she’s hungover after a Beyoncé concert? You should find other things to be angry about.

She seems like a really nice person, I.domt think its fair to come at her like that. She's balanced, says she'd like those things, but it hasn't happened yet, so she's making the best of what her life has offered her. She's not criticising married women with kids. I like her.
