This is Tina today. She’s on top top form but her vet results were not good. Her kidney failure has gotten worse. I wanted to explain how and why today is a great day though… 👩‍⚕️ A team of vets (yes Tina has a team around the world offering their services for free) have said there is nothing more that can be done. It’s time to just manage her comfort. ⏰ Tina might have a few weeks or at best a few months left. 💊 She has blood pressure medicine and everything else she could need (her kidneys can’t support any more medicines) 🥘 She has a special diet that a very kind lady donated to her. The best of the best. Now the good stuff… ☀️ Tina is still feeling great. She is full of energy and went on numerous walks in the sun today 🎾 She still plays non stop with her beloved tennis balls 🥰 Tina gets endless messages of support and love from around the world. I tell her about them every single day. 😁 Tina is happiest when with her human. I’ve tailored my life so she is barely ever alone. She thrives with company and it relaxes her. 🤷‍♂️ I know people will wonder how today is a good day? It’s a good day because Tina is happy, feeling good, loved and playing. She has everything she ever dreamed of. Dogs don’t think about yesterday or look ahead to tomorrow. They live in the moment. And in the moment everything is great for Tina. ❤️ There will be tougher days ahead but today is a great day. One of Tina’s favorite Sundays ever. I can tell she’s never been happier. Her world is complete. Tina doesn’t know what is coming and my role is to just help her love her life and enjoy every second she has. Tina could have been dead alone and sad months ago and never have known any of this. She’s touched people all over the world and people think about her daily. She has her ball, her human, her friends and even though her kidneys are failing her heart couldn’t be more full. After Tina’s start in life she has shown me and others how to live in the moment. And in this very moment, today in the sunshine Tina is having the best day she ever had. 🥰🎾❤️🙏

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: TINA PETERS ASSAULTED RISE UP, RISE UP, MAKE IT RIGHT! #FreeTinaPeters ! January 19, 2026 Last night, Tina Peters was assaulted at approximately 9PM MT in La Vista Correctional Facility. Tina was inside a maintenance closet to fill up a water unit when an inmate approached her in the closet and began striking her in anger. Tina raised her hands and pushed the inmate away in defense of herself. Per Tina, the camera showed her pushing the inmate away from her out of the closet. She was subsequently handcuffed, shackled, and brought to solitary confinement. Tina was told she is being charged with Felony Assault for defending herself against an unprovoked attack. She will be locked down completely for 24-72 hours and held in IDO (the hole) for an unknown period of time. As far as Tina is aware, the inmate who assaulted her has not been charged, slept in their cell last night, and will face no consequences. This incident is clearly a targeted attack against Peters. In all likelihood, it is being used as an opportunity to isolate and harass Tina Peters. Tina has been warning officials that something like this would happen eventually. She was advised to apply for the Incentive Pod. Tina has applied repeatedly and been denied despite nothing disqualifying her. Something is not right at LVCF. Tina has minor injuries but is not seriously injured as of this morning. Can you imagine 70 year old Tina Peters being charged ANOTHER felony charge for defending herself? Please support Tina! Support her Legal Defense at and continue to pray for her safety and swift release! The only place for official press statements regarding Tina Peters is
