We used LigandForge to generate 1000 peptides against the Orexin receptor. It will generate 1000 peptides in ~1 second, and fold dozens to hundreds for you per minute. Out of 67 folded peptides, 29 have ipSAE scores > 0.8, and preference for the orthosteric pocket. Results in <1 minute.
