Happens across most customer service lines with US customers, it’s reallly sad overall, no one should be getting that angry, nor should be on the other end listening for a paycheck

Xfinity’s customer service system is designed to be frustrating, and to discourage customers from seeking and finding the help they need. The representatives deserve these reactions from the customers for just working there.

The Xfinity label is pretty much redundant in this one. This Karen has my sympathy. To be more honestly specific: technically, she's not a Karen whenever it comes to dealing with Xfinity customer service.

I work customer service phones, if someone shouts, is rude, disrespectful, curses. Hang up. Simple. I’m not in the US though. You seem to have to put up with some abuse.

@maurabear_ In fairness, Xfinity brings this out on people. They are terrible. I was on hold for over 2 1/2 hours before. I let it go to see how long it would go. The line just disconnected.

I managed a call center for one of the big cell phone providers. HQ decided to listen to recordings of people who called 10x average each month. They cancelled service to chronically late payers who were violently abusive. Fucking power move. Adios Karens and Kens.
