Friends! In the Winter, my morning routine is very different to the Summer. I tend to want an Early Breakfast, then a Second Breakfast, then I disappear upstairs to snooze with Dad. Mum stays downstairs to do her work. She used to do that in Peace. Now, she does it with this going on around her. The Triplets are ALWAYS lively in the Mornings!

This is Tina today. She’s on top top form but her vet results were not good. Her kidney failure has gotten worse. I wanted to explain how and why today is a great day though… 👩‍⚕️ A team of vets (yes Tina has a team around the world offering their services for free) have said there is nothing more that can be done. It’s time to just manage her comfort. ⏰ Tina might have a few weeks or at best a few months left. 💊 She has blood pressure medicine and everything else she could need (her kidneys can’t support any more medicines) 🥘 She has a special diet that a very kind lady donated to her. The best of the best. Now the good stuff… ☀️ Tina is still feeling great. She is full of energy and went on numerous walks in the sun today 🎾 She still plays non stop with her beloved tennis balls 🥰 Tina gets endless messages of support and love from around the world. I tell her about them every single day. 😁 Tina is happiest when with her human. I’ve tailored my life so she is barely ever alone. She thrives with company and it relaxes her. 🤷‍♂️ I know people will wonder how today is a good day? It’s a good day because Tina is happy, feeling good, loved and playing. She has everything she ever dreamed of. Dogs don’t think about yesterday or look ahead to tomorrow. They live in the moment. And in the moment everything is great for Tina. ❤️ There will be tougher days ahead but today is a great day. One of Tina’s favorite Sundays ever. I can tell she’s never been happier. Her world is complete. Tina doesn’t know what is coming and my role is to just help her love her life and enjoy every second she has. Tina could have been dead alone and sad months ago and never have known any of this. She’s touched people all over the world and people think about her daily. She has her ball, her human, her friends and even though her kidneys are failing her heart couldn’t be more full. After Tina’s start in life she has shown me and others how to live in the moment. And in this very moment, today in the sunshine Tina is having the best day she ever had. 🥰🎾❤️🙏

Freen is… Fuang thinks she’s very detailed by nature. I have to say she’s very very detailed. She’s sensitive and sensitive to her surroundings. That’s a personal trait that impacts one’s acting (she talked about this in the start.) she cares tremendously about people around her. For example, I’m talking to Becky in a corner and Freen is doing makeup in another. But she knows what we’re talking about, takes in the details, and turns to congratulate me. She’s very in the present. She’s in the moment with everything all the time. Therefore her ‘detailed’ reactions/acting that we see, it’s because she absorbes everything around her. And our eyes are the window to our hearts. So this is the case of a personal trait affecting one’s acting. That’s one thing. More importantly, along the way, Freen found a way to enhance / add to that. Did Fuang helped bring her there? Maybe or maybe I don’t dare to claim that. For example, in some scenes she can do them well already, but I helped add in more details. I told her your character didn’t just hear that.. listen carefully, there are this and that details. And when she saw/realized that there were more than what she was initially aware of-like from 70% to 90%-just that, her acting will be even more detailed. Your eyes will show what you see or become aware of. If you ask, that’s all Fuang added on. The rest, she was able to do it on her own. This I was I meant by saying that the job of an acting coach is to pull out each actor’s skill. Because she could already it. It’s just that at that very moment, there wasn’t anyone to help her pull out more of her talent/maximize it. Something like that.

Ella is an athlete—she plays volleyball and is currently competing on her high school girls track team. She’s tough, but more than that, she and her family are grounded in their faith and deeply connected. They are strong in every sense of the word. What has become very clear over the last 12 hours is that the haters are loud—but they are fake and they are few. The support is overwhelming. I check in on Ella often, and I mean this—she is one of the most positive, grounded young people you’ll ever meet. Her mom said something to me the other day that stuck, Ella has something special. There’s a depth of strength in her that even her family is in awe of. And a special thank you to Elon Musk for amplifying what is happening in the small rural town of new Richmond, WI. I got tears in my eyes listening to this today. Once again, Candace Owens took a moment to thank every single person who has contributed to the Charlie Kirk assassination investigation. She has never acted like this is about her. From the beginning, she’s made it clear this is a collective effort, and I think that says everything about her character. This is exactly why I support Candace and her work. Following this story has cost me more than I ever imagined. I’ve lost relationships, been criticized, and had moments where I wondered if it was worth it. But what I’ve gained is something I never expected: an incredible community, genuine friendships, and renewed hope that there are still good people willing to stand together, ask difficult questions, and seek the truth no matter the cost. None of this happens because of one person. It happens because thousands of ordinary people refuse to look away, refuse to be intimidated, and continue pushing forward together.
