Here are four of the most popular secrets at Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. Ski Lodge is a great alternative to Superfrico for a great drink in a cool, dark lounge. Secret Pizza is always busy but great for a late night drink slice. Beauty & Essex can be hit or miss in terms of food quality, but the ambiance is undeniably beautiful. Hi! Clarification on the name: I’m only speaking to the inspiration behind the Las Vegas location. It was relayed to me that it was meant to speak to the “grit & grime of NYC in contrast to the grandeur and opulence of Las Vegas” while also paying homage to the location behind a pawn shop in NYC. The food isn’t particularly amazing at either in my experience, but the aesthetic is nice. :)

Holsteins was easily the most affordable restaurant inside Cosmopolitan Resort Hotel Las Vegas and they closed it abruptly to make room for a new, fancier, more expensive restaurant concept. The good news is, you can still enjoy their delicious burgers and crazy milk shakes because they just opened a brand new location in the Arts District, not far from Downtown.
