Here are my thoughts on the selection committee’s decision to include North Carolina in the NCAA Tournament:

A crime?! Good hell man….its gone too far, now. Also—saying the results matter but failing to mention West Virginia just took an absolutely terrible loss in their own conference tournament to 3-17 Colorado is laughable. “A crime.” My goodness….

North Carolina took a Quadrant 3 loss to Stanford and had 1 win over a high-major team in the field. 1. Xavier had solid metrics and won at Marquette coupled with UConn and Creighton. Those are teams well in the field paired with X not owning a blemish like UNC.

As a UNC fan I see no lies here. I'm glad we are in, it makes the tourney way more fun for me. But us getting in over West Virgina is wild.

Cunningham allegedly had a large incentive clause in his contract tied to the Tarheels participation in the tourney. He should be fired, if it is found to be true.

Definitely agree with you. In addition Creighton 9 seed is wrong. 2nd place regular season and tournament and seeded lower than Marquette and U Conn.
