@MyCafcass I think mant don't realise these exist. It isn't given exposure how they are behaving the LAs or the courts and cafcass. These are patterns in cases when the parent or child is autistic. It just seems to be going backwards

Rick Rubin tells Andrew Huberman how he deals with creative or writer’s block. He treats his work like a diary entry (and doesn’t worry about internal or external judgment): ➡️ “What's the cause of the block? The block is usually something that's either personal ("I'm not good enough") or it can be a confidence issue ("I don't have anything to say") or it could be...thinking about someone else ("nobody's going to like what I make"). Do you know what I'm saying? So, it's either fear of self-judgment or external judgment. If you're making something with a freedom of "this is something I'm making for myself for now", that is all [you have to do]. It is a diary entry. Everything I make is a diary entry. The beauty of a diary entry is that I can write my diary entry and you can't tell me that my diary entry wasn't good enough. Or that [the diary entry] is not what I experienced. Of course it's what I experienced: I'm writing a personal diary for myself and no one else can judge if it is my experience of my life. Everything we make can be that: a personal reflection of who we are in that moment of time. It doesn't have to be the greatest you could ever do. The Election Commission's own law, the Representation of the People Act, has Section 33A, which says that disclosure is required only in those cases where the punishment is more than two years, and above all, only in those cases where charges have been framed. The process of framing charges is a judicial process. A judge frames charges. Now, as any kindergarten or first-year law student knows, the first step is a private complaint. That private complaint may be baseless and may have no legs to stand on. The second stage is the taking of cognizance by the magistrate, which is a judicial and independent process. Ms. Natarajan only received a notice to appear before the court and explain why cognizance should not be taken. That means the notice she received was before any cognizance was taken. Without cognizance, no criminal case exists in the eyes of the law. There is no criminal case merely because I allege something against somebody else without cognizance being taken. They have rejected Ms. Natarajan's nomination despite the non-existence of even cognizance, which means there was no criminal case that she could have disclosed. Whereas Section 33A, says that after cognizance is taken, there will be an investigation. After the investigation, there will be a charge sheet. The RO's order uses the word "sangyan." Sangyan means cognizance. There was no cognizance taken. Ultimately, we also pointed out to the Election Commission that it has a huge reservoir of power under Article 324. It is a constitutional power, an untrammable power and an inherent power. It is the power to do justice and the power to right wrongs. We hope and trust that the Election Commission will realize that this creates a very bad, distorted, non-level playing field. A non-level playing field strikes at the heart of democracy. A violation of that strikes further at the heart of the basic structure of the Constitution. Therefore, we have requested them for an immediate decision. We have come on the day of withdrawal. There is sufficient time. This is a completely egregious, blatant, patently unlawful order, without any basis in law, and it should be set aside immediately. The presidential pardon system is broken. Right now, there are no meaningful checks on the President’s pardon power. That makes it ripe for abuse, and it’s a threat to the rule of law. That’s why I support a constitutional amendment to put commonsense limits in place: no self-pardons, no pardons for family, administration officials, or campaign staff, and no pardons for anyone whose crimes were committed to benefit the President or those closest to them — or carried out at a President’s direction. It is time to protect the Constitution and the rule of law with common sense limits that restore public trust.
